Directions: Using the SMART goals template in D2L and the descriptions below, write three goals you want to work on this semester (end goal December 1). Each goal is worth 20 points to equal 60 points total for the assignment. Spelling, grammar, and complete sentences are necessary. You will be deducted points if these elements are incorrect.
(20 points) – Goal #1: This goal has to relate to physical activity or exercise for you, as an individual.
(20 points) – Goal #2: This goal has to relate to healthy eating/food choices (i.e. increasing water intake OR decreasing fast food intake).
(20 points) – Goal #3: This goal has to relate to you as a professional such as, school, work, coaching, etc.
