1. Think about a time when you experienced a conflict in a group that was eventually resolved. Your example could be from work, school, or friends. What conflict style(s), from among those described in this section, did the parties display during the conflict? How was the conflict eventually resolved?
2. If you could eliminate conflict completely from every group’s activities, would you? Why or why not? Be specific as to what would be gained by eliminating conflict, or why conflict is sometimes useful.
