* Marketing: research, brand name, quality, packaging, customers service, distribution and location, salesforce, promotion, price …
* Operation/ production: technology, quality control, maintenance, expansion ….
* Human resources: number and quality of employees, selection, training, motivation, evaluation, work environment .. Â Â
* Finance/accounting: liquidity, activity, leverage, profitability, and growth. Use financial ratios.Â
* Information technology: information system for productivity and better decisions, digitalization (artificial intelligence, big data analytics), automation, knowledge management …
