In this discussion assignment you will demonstrate your understanding of gendered space. Through this discussion you will show the difference between gender and sex, find an example of a gendered space, and show how gender and gendered space can impact communication online.

- Identify what you think is an online gendered space (a place primarily dominated by one gender). Go to this space online and find at least 4 examples of photos, comments, videos, instructions, etc. that lead you to think this is a gendered space. Describe (or copy when appropriate) the examples and talk about why they reinforce your belief this is a gendered space.
- In this gendered space find someone of a different gender participating and analyze how people respond to them and how that response is similar or different to other responses.
