What is memory? We all have certain things we can remember from our childhood or teenage years, and adult years. But then we come across things we cannot remember no matter how hard we try. “Mathematician John Griffith estimated that in an average lifetime, a person stores roughly five hundred times as much information as can be found in all the volumes of the Encyclopaedia Britannica (Hunt, 1982).â€
