Question- Discuss in a brief memo- cultural differences we could see in the workplace based on the country’s individualism, power distance and uncertainty avoidance scores. Specifically, what challenges would you see in how the workforce is set up (will they work in teams or individually?) Based on Power Distance score, will they have a formal or informal relationship with the supervisor and other colleagues? Based on their Uncertainty Avoidance Score, will they be likely to want to purchase the newest products on the market?
