As the class finishes what do you see as the most useful tools or knowledge you will be able to use in the professional world? Â Â Â

I think as the class finishes, the most useful tools or knowledge that I will be able to use in the professional word is, how to communicate and the ways to do it. Having to do the assignments each week via memo, email, or a letter. When in an office setting it is important to be able to utilize these tools and the appropriate way to communicate within them.
POST 2
I think the most useful tools would be learning how to write a business letter, memo, business reports. I think all of these things will be beneficial to me in my future endeavors. Especially with wanting to be a business owner. Learning how to communicate in a professional setting is important.
