- What are some of the key skills you believe are required during the contracting process and why?
- How do you take the formalized process of contracting and make it informal? How do you get a client (I.e., a manager you’re working with) to commit and buy-in to your suggested project?
- What approach would you take if the client you’re working with is not motivated to engage even though they are required to do so? How do you get them to buy-in to you and your project?
