In this chapter 3(Methodology), the research process of thesis is to be well-defined and described sequentially. Starting with (1) research preparation, research approach; process of the survey, concerning research design, participants/respondents, sampling procedure and survey design, sample plan, research instrument, method of analysis and the limitations are discussed in detail.
It shall serve the research objectives, so try to follow this structure:
A. Analysis of the company of its strengths and weaknesses as well as analysis of opportunities and risk (SWOT).
B. Study the financial, administrative, and structural structure of the target market and the target company, and the feasibility of merging with or acquiring the target company.
C. Familiarity with the economic and legal conditions that govern such operations.
D. Decision of approval or rejection to complete the merger or acquisition, should be based on strategic foundations and dimensions.
