- Describe your plans for the future in relation to your yoga and fitness practices. How do you plan to continue your yoga and/or mediation practice? In what way? Be specific and be honest. (2 pts)
- Type up a short self-practice that you have done or plan to do. Include the intention for the practice, pranayama and asana exercises. If you would like, you may instead decide to do a 10-minute video upload of your practice. Â (2 pts)
- Use proper academic formatting, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, clear structure and flow of ideas. (2 pts)
- Express a clear personal perspective and opinions through your writing. (1 pt)
