Signature Assignment
Imagine you are the Director of Licensure and Regulation. You have decided to limit all behavioral health practice (including any mental health practice) to only evidence-based practice (EBP). Write a paper in which you design a system of EBP for the state. Include how you will require licensed professionals to demonstrate continued competency in their respective discipline. Remember to include issues such as assessment and treatment implementation (adherence or fidelity to models, which is another way of discussing internal validity) in your assessment and system development. Conclude with a brief discussion of how you plan on dealing with these issues in your professional work.
